I needed to sell a family building in Chicago. The original realtor I hired (not Loyda) was unable to close the building after over 100 showings and five or six contracts. Exterior doors were left open and unlocked, keys were lost, and that realtor was a general disaster. When that realtor suddenly left her agency in the middle of trying to arrange a new contract, without notifying me, I fired the agency. At the recommendation of someone in the neighborhood, I hired Loyda. Best thing ever. Loyda was thorough, professional, and efficient. She helped me through some rough spots in the sale and even helped me address some issues with the building. In just 11 weeks, she managed to close the sale in a building I had almost given up hope to sell. She was easy to communicate with and knowledgeable about the details of building operations.
